Retail Sales Store Supervisor

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Store Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our Gurgaon store.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with customers, managing a retail team, handling inventory, driving sales, and ensuring that the store runs smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

🏪 Store Operations

Manage daily opening and closing of the store.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-ready.

Supervise day-to-day retail operations.

Ensure proper display, merchandising, and availability of products.

Coordinate with the central team for operational requirements.

📦 Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels and product availability.

Ensure proper receiving, checking, storage, and arrangement of inventory.

Conduct regular stock checks and support stock audits.

Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products.

MiniMinimizeck shortages, damages, and discrepancies.

💰 Sales & Customer Service

Drive daily and monthly store sales.

Interact with customers and understand their baking requirements.

Help customers select the right products.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Build relationships with regular customers, bakers, and local businesses.

Support upselling and cross-selling of products.

📊 Reporting & Administration

Maintain daily sales and operational reports.

Monitor store targets and KPIs.

Coordinate cash/UPI/card reconciliation as required.

Report operational issues and inventory requirements to management.

Follow company SOPs and ensure compliance with store policies.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in retail/store operations preferred.

Experience in FMCG, supermarket, lifestyle, food, baking, or specialty retail will be an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer-handling ability.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing systems.
