Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Manage and guide store staff, promoters, and helpers
Ensure proper display, handling, and storage of Eggoz products
Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movement, and avoid stock loss
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at the store
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high service quality
Coordinate with sales and supply teams for timely replenishment
Maintain daily sales reports, attendance, and basic MIS
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and policies
