Job Description

We are looking for a Store Supervisor to join our team at Bhagyalaxmi Traders to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹15000 with growth opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Labor Management: Supervise warehouse helpers, loading/unloading, and stock stacking (FIFO).

2. Stock & Dispatch: Coordinate order fulfillment and verify physical items against invoices.

3. Transport: Manage local/outstation dispatch schedules and freight coordination.

4. Billing: Generate accurate tax invoices and ensure no stock leaves without a verified bill/gate pass.

5. Bookkeeping: Maintain daily cash books, ledgers, and payment reconciliations

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
