Comes in shifts and is accountable for overall store/LMD operations.
Specific activities to be done:
1. Metric
a. Responsible forstore metrics: OTD, Write off, complaints, attrition
2. Monitoring
a. Monitor & analyze key reports & take appropriate action that will help achieve metrics
like OTD, Write-Off, DER, customer complaint
b. Ensure timely GRN, PRN, Cycle count, FEFO expiry process is followed
c. P&L Management
3. Recruitment, Training & Logistics
a. Co-ordinate with zonal HR to provide optimal staffing.
b. Co-ordinate with training team to ensure new hire training calendar is up to date
c. Attrition and Absenteeism Management
d. Onboarding/Warning letters, Rostering
4. People Related
a. Ensure rosters are created & people are following it
b. Counsel, coach
c. Reward & recognition programs conducted
d. Timely warnings are given to defaulters
5. Process Adherence
a. Ensure all process should be follow end to end
b. Monitoring live dashboard and resolve any bottle necks in operations.
c. Drive & review process compliance in store
