We are looking for well-groomed, presentable and customer-oriented female candidates to join our kidswear retail store in Koramangala, Bengaluru.
The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting products.
Maintain product displays and store presentation.
Support daily sales activities and achieve store targets.
Handle billing and basic store operations.
Maintain stock arrangement and store cleanliness.
Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
Candidate Requirements
Female candidates only.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a kidswear brand is required.
Candidates should be well-groomed, presentable and confident.
Good communication and customer-handling skills are essential.
Good English communication is mandatory.
Age preference: 30–35 years.
Married candidates and mothers are preferred.
Language Requirements
Candidates should be fluent in English along with any one of the following languages:
Hindi
Bengali
Kannada
Tamil
Important: We require one candidate each with Hindi, Bengali, Kannada and Tamil as their mother tongue, along with English communication skills.
Working Schedule
Working Days: As per store schedule.
Weekly Off: No weekly offs on weekends or public holidays. Weekly offs will be scheduled on weekdays.
Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, subject to business requirements.
