Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive for our range of wallpapers, flooring, and window blinds catering to residential, commercial, and hospitality clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming inquiries and respond promptly to leads generated through marketing channels
Proactively call potential customers to generate new business
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products
Present catalogues, samples, and pricing details to customers
Conduct site visits when required for measurements or project discussions
Maintain regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Achieve monthly sales targets

Better if you have the following skills :

1–3 years of experience in retail or interior product sales preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
Good follow-up discipline and customer relationship management
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
