We are looking for a Store Sales Associate to join our team at Store 20 to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers a competitive in-hand salary with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases across our toy, gift, and novelty inventory.
Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services for our high-quality plastic toys and gift collections.
Cross-sell products and inform customers about ongoing store discounts and special offers.
Ensure shelves and displays are neatly stocked, organized, and manage merchandise returns efficiently.
Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share daily customer feedback with the Store Manager.
Stay updated on new toy releases, novelties, and store promotions.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification of High School Graduate or equivalent with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, but freshers with a positive, energetic attitude are welcome to apply.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Familiarity with basic retail inventory procedures and point-of-sale (POS) transaction handling.
