Role : Sales Executive – Electronics Retail Kiosk

Type: Full-Time/ 6 days working / Rotational week off.

Working Time- 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM

1) What will be the Sales Executive – Electronics Retail Kiosk?

Key Responsibilities:

Greet walk-in customers and actively engage them to understand their electronic needs

· Provide detailed product demonstrations for gadgets, mobile phones, accessories, and other electronics

· Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets

· Maintain accurate knowledge of product specifications, offers, warranties, and promotions

· Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash/card transactions securely

· Maintain kiosk hygiene and ensure products are well-stocked and attractively displayed

· Troubleshoot basic customer issues or escalate technical concerns as required

· Build lasting relationships with repeat customers and ensure high customer satisfaction

· Keep up-to-date with new products, trends, and competitor offerings

· Prepare daily sales and stock reports

Skills Required:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or gadgets

· Strong interest in electronics, gadgets, and technology

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to explain technical features in simple terms to customers

· Familiarity with POS systems and basic billing procedures

· Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts

· Physically fit to stand for long hours and manage light inventory
