Store Sales Executive

Hiring: Store Head (Premium Stationery) – Model Town | Kundan Traders

We’re looking for a Store Head who can confidently lead daily operations and handle customers on the floor — a role that combines both store management and active sales at our premium stationery outlet in Model Town, Jalandhar.

This position offers independence, responsibility, and creative scope in visual merchandising and customer experience.

Team Structure:

You’ll work alongside a dedicated cashier & social media executive and a supporting part-time cashier, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening & closing the store daily

Managing inventory, restocking & reorders on time

Handling walk-in customers with a smiling and welcoming personality

Achieving monthly sales targets through smart upselling & cross-selling

Maintaining attractive shelf displays and overall store presentation

Handling returns, refunds & ensuring smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Male candidate, preferably under 35 years

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass

• Basic computer knowledge & English reading skills

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• Prior retail experience preferred

• Positive, lively, and responsible attitude a must

Timings: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Sundays: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Last Sunday off)

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 (as per caliber)

Location: Model Town, Jalandhar

Trial Period: 1 month (Paid)
