Job Description
We are a leading Tiles & Sanitaryware Ceramic company looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional with proven experience in handling dealers, distributors, and project sales. The candidate should be market-savvy, aggressive in sales approach, and capable of driving business growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer network
• Generate new business and expand market presence
• Handle project sales, architects, builders, and contractors
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
• Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
• Maintain strong customer relationships and after-sales support
Desired Candidate Profile
• 5–10 years of sales experience in Tiles / Sanitaryware / Ceramic industry
• Strong knowledge of local market and distribution channels
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and field-oriented
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
Education
• Graduate / MBA (Preferred)
