Job Summary: The Store Sales Executive is responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service, supporting sales generation, and ensuring smooth store operations. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store presentation standards, and contributing to overall store performance in a textile/garment retail environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate information on fabrics and products Drive individual sales performance and contribute to store sales targets Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing queries and providing appropriate solutions Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Store Operations Support daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards Ensure proper display and arrangement of products as per guidelines Billing & Transactions Handle billing processes and operate POS systems accurately Ensure proper cash handling and transaction management Assist in maintaining sales records and basic documentation Inventory Support Assist in stock replenishment and ensure product availability on the shop floor Support stock audits and physical inventory checks Ensure proper handling and storage of merchandise Qualifications & Experience: Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred 1–3 years of experience in retail, preferably in textile/garment industry Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered Basic knowledge of fabrics and textile products is an advantage Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused approach Sales orientation and target-driven mindset Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, MS Office) Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment
