Job Summary

Ms & Mr Furr is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Store Sales & Operations Executive to manage daily B2C sales, store operations, inventory, billing, and overall store administration. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a genuine passion for pets, strong client-handling skills, and the ability to independently manage store activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day B2C sales and walk-in customers

• Provide excellent customer service and product guidance related to pets and pet care

• Manage billing, invoicing, and POS operations

• Oversee inventory management, stock inward/outward, and basic record keeping

• Maintain store hygiene, product displays, and overall store presentation

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally

• Support basic store administration and reporting

• Coordinate with management for sales targets, offers, and promotions

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong passion for pets and pet care

• Self-starter with ownership mindset

• Good Excel knowledge (basic reporting, inventory tracking)

• Strong client handling and communication skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month (performance-based)

Working Days & Timings

• Tuesday to Sunday

• 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• Weekly off: Monday
