We're a leading Fish Food Brand looking for energetic and motivated Sales Promotors to join our team! As a Sales Promotor, you'll be the face of our brand, driving sales and promoting our products in-store.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a Sales Promotor to work in our Fish Food Brand stores, promoting and selling our products to customers. You'll create engaging in-store experiences, build relationships with customers, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. In-Store Promotions:- Set up and maintain visually appealing in-store displays and promotions- Conduct product demonstrations and tastings- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations2. Sales and Customer Service:- Meet and exceed sales targets- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns- Process transactions and handle cash/credit sales3. Product Knowledge:- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products4. Communication and Reporting:- Communicate with store management and staff to ensure seamless execution of promotions- Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activity, and market trends5. Store Operations:- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management as needed

Requirements:

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred2. Experience: 1-2 years of sales, marketing, or promotional experience3. Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong sales and customer service skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/credit transactions4. Knowledge: Familiarity with fish and aquarium products a plus, but not required
