Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations professional to oversee our dark store at Chembur, Mumbai. The candidate should have a strong background in Quick Commerce operations and the ability to ensure smooth functioning, SOP adherence, and team performance across all assigned stores. The candidates must preferably reside in or near Chembur, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and supervise daily operations across the dark store.

•Oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory processes with 100% SLA adherence.

•Ensure Same-Day Fulfillment and on-time delivery operations.

•Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with operational guidelines.

•Manage manpower planning, shift allocation, team motivation, and performance monitoring.

•Ensure hygiene standards and SOP adherence across all stores.

•Handle weekly inventory audits, COD reconciliation, hiring coordination, and MIS reporting.

Requirements

•Mandatory experience in Quick Commerce companies (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Dunzo, etc.).

•Proven ability to manage multiple dark stores effectively.

•Strong understanding of dark store SOPs, audit processes, and inventory management.

•Hands-on experience with WMS, ERP, and inventory management systems.

•Strong local network of warehousing/operations/last-mile associates.

•Candidates must preferably be based in or near Chembur, Mumbai.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
