We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Manager to manage our chemical warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, handling sales-related documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the godown.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage stock inventory of all chemical products and materials in the godown.
Prepare sales challans, invoices, and dispatch documents for outgoing orders.
Maintain basic accounts related to sales and stock movement.
Track incoming and outgoing materials and update stock records regularly.
Ensure proper stock management and storage of chemicals.
Prepare and submit daily stock reports and sales reports to management.
Coordinate with the sales team and logistics team for order dispatch.
Monitor stock levels and inform management for timely replenishment.
Maintain organized records of all transactions and inventory movements.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of accounts and inventory management
Experience in challan preparation and billing
Good record-keeping and reporting skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / billing software)
Responsible and organized work attitude
Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse / store management preferred.
