Job Title : Store Manager

Brand : Titan Eye Plus ( Franchise store )

Location : Kanke, Ranchi (Jharkhand)

Experience Required:

Minimum : 2 years of experienceas a Store Manager in the retail sector

Experience in eyewear/optical retail will be highly preferred

Salary (CTC): ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Store Timings : 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning

* Achieve sales targets and drive store performance

* Lead, train, and motivate store staff

* Ensure excellent customer service and brand experience

* Handle inventory, stock management, and visual merchandising

* Ensure compliance with Titan Eye Plus standards and policies

* Manage billing, cash handling, and basic reporting

Required Skills & Competencies:

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Sales-driven and customer-focused approach

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Basic knowledge of inventory and retail operations

Preferred Candidate:

* Immediate joiner preferred

* Local candidates from Ranchi will be an advantage

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
