Looking after transportation of material.

Manage daily store activities including opening, closing, cleanliness, and safety.

Ensure smooth operation of sales counters, warehouse, and delivery schedules.

Monitor HVAC tools, parts, and equipment availability.

🔹 Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies in coordination with purchasing team.

Conduct regular stock counts and minimize shrinkage or loss.

Ensure accurate labelling, stocking, and availability of HVAC items.
