Position 1: Store Manager – Home Furnishing

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail store management

• Preference for candidates from home furnishing, home décor, or lifestyle retail

Qualification

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline

• MBA or Retail Management certification will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations for smooth and efficient functioning

• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual targets

• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service

• Ensure proper merchandising, visual displays, and stock presentation as per brand standards

• Monitor inventory, manage replenishment, and minimize stock loss

• Handle customer queries and complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels

• Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Coordinate with suppliers and head office for operational and stock requirements

Key Skills Required

• Strong leadership and people management abilities

• Sound knowledge of home furnishing products (furniture, décor, textiles, etc.)

• Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills

• Customer-centric approach with strong communication skills

• Ability to analyze sales data and improve store performance

• Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, MS Excel, reporting)

• Proven experience in independently managing a retail store

• Passion for home décor and interior products

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Result-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
