Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail garments store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a passion for fashion, and excellent leadership skills to drive sales and ensure superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store activities to ensure smooth operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, and store maintenance.

• Sales Management: Drive sales targets by motivating and leading the sales team, monitoring performance, and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop store staff; provide coaching and feedback to enhance team productivity and customer service.

• Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered, handling customer queries and complaints effectively.

• Visual Merchandising: Oversee product displays, stock presentation, and store layout to align with brand guidelines and attract customers.

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment.

• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and analyze store performance to identify improvement areas.

• Compliance: Ensure store compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in garments/apparel.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Proficient in using retail POS systems and MS Office.
