🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning

  • Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and product availability

2. Sales & Business Performance

  • Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue, and profitability goals

  • Monitor footfall, conversion rates, and average billing value

3. Team Management

  • Hire, train, and supervise store staff

  • Prepare shift schedules and assign responsibilities

4. Customer Experience
