Job Summary:
The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations with a strong focus on skincare products. The role involves driving sales, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and staff schedules
Drive sales targets and implement sales strategies for skincare products
Train and supervise beauty advisors on skincare knowledge and customer handling
Ensure high standards of customer service and product consultation
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product replenishment
Maintain visual merchandising and hygiene standards as per brand guidelines
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and returns professionally
Prepare sales reports and coordinate with area or regional managers
Required Experience & Skills:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in skincare, beauty, or cosmetics
Strong knowledge of skincare products, routines, and ingredients
Team management and leadership skills
Sales-driven mindset with experience in target achievement
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data and manage inventory
