Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain store hygiene and safety standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team for in-store events and promotions.
Work weekends and peak hours, ensuring strong on-ground leadership during high-traffic periods.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in retail management (fashion/luxury segment preferred).
Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Good knowledge of POS systems, billing processes, and inventory control.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Willingness to work weekends and extended hours when required.
