• Staff management: Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a store team to meet performance goals.

• Operations: Oversee all daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring a safe and clean environment.

• Sales and profitability: Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing policies to maximize revenue and profitability.

• Customer service: Build customer relationships, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Merchandising: Ensure products and displays are effectively merchandised to maximize sales and profitability.

• Loss prevention: Implement security measures and conduct audits to minimize inventory shrinkage.

• Reporting: Analyze sales figures and financial statements to make informed decisions and adjust strategy.
