Store Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer experience. The role requires strong leadership, operational management, and the ability to motivate a sales team while maintaining store standards. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 – ₹32,000 along with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.

• Lead, train, and supervise store staff to achieve sales targets and service standards.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling escalations and resolving issues effectively.

• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and control merchandise returns.

• Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to improve revenue.

• Plan and execute promotions, cross-selling initiatives, and in-store marketing activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and visual merchandising standards.

• Coordinate with senior management and share regular feedback on store performance.

• Stay updated on new products, market trends, and competitor activities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
