Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our showroom operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints and creating a welcoming environment.

2. Sales Management

Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies, monitering sales targets and motivating the sales team.

3. Team Management

Recruit, train, and supervise showroom/store staff and ensure team members are knowledgeable, skilled, and motivated.

4. Inventory Management

Oversee inventory levels,manage stock replenishment and ensure accurate stock records.

5. Visual Merchandising

Maintain the store’s visual standards ,ensuring products are displayed attractively and effectively.

Ensure products are attractively and strategically displayed.

6. Financial Management

Manage store budgets, expenses, and financial performance.

7. Reporting

Prepare and present regular sales, inventory, and staff performance reports to senior management.

8. Compliance

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant legal regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Knowledge about retail industry.

Minimum 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle products.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
