Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall store operations ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/annual targets.

Recruit, train, and lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service.

Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and maintain accuracy.

Ensure store ambience and visual merchandising align with brand standards.

Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.

Prepare and present sales, inventory, and staff performance reports.

Ensure compliance with operational and company standards.

Requirements:

Knowledge in Retail/Business or related field (preferred).

1–5 years of retail/store management experience (footwear/fashion preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems.
