Job Description

Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team to achieve sales and service goals.
Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store employees.
Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular stock monitoring and replenishment.
Conduct regular stock counts and minimize inventory shrinkage.
Monitor cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and security.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
