Daily operations: Opening/closing the shop, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring smooth workflow.

Sales management: Achieving sales targets, upselling/cross-selling sweets, implementing promotions.

Cash handling: Supervising billing counters, reconciling daily cash, preparing sales reports.
Compliance & hygiene: Following food safety standards, labour laws, and shop policies.
Marketing coordination: Executing festive decorations, visual merchandising, and in-store promotions.
