Store Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager (Female) to join our client of Sperton Christos Consulting Private Limited to assist provide product information, product demo, client facing, managing HNI and Ultra HNI clients. The role requires a good communication skills, fluency in english, positive attitude and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

• Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.

• Product Demo.

• Welcome and assist HNI/Ultra-HNI customers with personalized service.

• Coordinate and support meetings for senior team members and clients.

• Maintain a luxury retail environment — organized, clean, and professional.

• Handle customer queries with discretion and ensure seamless resolution.

• Support store-related administrative and operational activities.

• Prepare and share quotations/proposals using software tools in a timely and professional manner.

Job Requirements:

• The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2–3 years of experience in premium customer handling, retail, or store management.

• Female candidates mandatory

• Strong communication skills, professional etiquette, and presentable personality

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
