Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Working Days & Hours: 6 days a week (Sunday off), 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and deliver a premium customer experience. This is a customer-facing role (not sales-driven) requiring excellent communication, refined presentation, and the ability to confidently engage with high-net-worth clients. The role also includes administrative support and ensuring world-class store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist HNI/Ultra-HNI customers with personalized service.
Provide accurate product information and tailored recommendations.
Coordinate and support meetings for senior team members and clients.
Maintain a luxury retail environment — organized, clean, and professional.
Handle customer queries discreetly and ensure seamless resolution.
Support store-related administrative and operational activities.
Prepare and share quotations/proposals using software tools in a timely and professional manner.
Skills & Knowledge:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Polished, professional, and customer-first approach.
Ability to confidently interact with HNI/Ultra-HNI clients.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Presentable personality with refined grooming standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduation in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in premium customer handling, retail, or store management.
Female candidates preferred.
Strong communication skills, professional etiquette, and presentable personality.
