Job Description:

Stove Kraft Limited, a leading manufacturer and marketer of kitchen appliances and home solutions, is seeking dynamic and experienced Store Managers to oversee and manage our retail store operations in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning.

Achieve sales targets by effectively leading and motivating the sales team.

Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain for replenishment.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and adherence to company policies.

Train, mentor, and evaluate store staff performance.

Prepare sales and inventory reports for senior management.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in inventory control and POS systems.

Knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer engagement.

Problem-solving mindset and result-oriented approach.
