Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall store operations, including opening, closing, and daily functioning.
Maintain and update stock records regularly (physical & system-based).
Conduct stock audits and ensure proper storage & display of products.
Handle billing through POS/software and manage all types of payment transactions.
Ensure proper arrangement, cleanliness, and merchandising of store products.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely stock replenishment.
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales & stock reports with management.
Supervise staff (if applicable) and allocate tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Resolve customer queries, maintain service quality, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor store expenses, petty cash, and support in achieving sales targets.
