1.Store Operations•
Oversee day-to-day store activities
Ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized
Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
Monitor opening and closing procedures
2. Staff Management
Hire, train, and supervise employees
Create staff schedules and manage attendance
Motivate team members and handle conflicts
3. Customer Service
Resolve customer complaints and issues
Ensure high standards of service
Maintain a welcoming shopping environment
Cross selling to customers who have visited the store and approach them in positive Vibe.
