Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and achieve operational and sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
Lead, train, and supervise the restaurant team.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
Monitor inventory, stock, and food cost control.
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs.
Track daily sales, cash handling, and operational reports.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure smooth outlet operations.
Coordinate with management to achieve business goals.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in restaurant/store management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and MS Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
