Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Store Manager to own end-to-end P&L and store performance. The role involves managing revenue targets, leading a structured team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium customer experience. This position requires strong ownership, analytical capability, and leadership in a high-value retail environment.
Job Responsibilities
Own end-to-end store operations and P&L, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
Drive store revenue targets and improve lead-to-order conversion (≥32%).
Manage complete sales funnel including walk-ins, leads, pipeline tracking, and closures.
Ensure active pipeline value of at least 2.5× monthly targets.
Deliver premium customer experience through consultative selling and solution-based approach.
Handle high-value and customized orders in coordination with internal teams.
Lead, manage, and coach a team of 5–10 members; ensure productivity and discipline.
Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Maintain store hygiene, VM standards, and overall brand presentation aligned with luxury benchmarks.
Monitor and manage inventory, stock planning, and product availability.
Track and improve key metrics such as sales cycle, conversion ratio, and lost opportunities.
Ensure CRM usage, data hygiene (≥95%), and accurate reporting.
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards using Excel.
Handle customer escalations, complaints, and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
Ensure compliance with audits, reporting timelines, and store processes.Drive local marketing initiatives and support B2B partnerships/empanelments.
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager in a structured retail environment.
Experience in luxury retail, architectural products, interiors, or premium consumer brands preferred.
Strong experience in P&L ownership and revenue accountability (₹3 Cr+ annual business).
Proven ability to manage team performance, sales conversion, and customer experience.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce / Zoho / HubSpot / LeadSquared or similar).
Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly disciplined, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
