Store Manager

• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records through regular checks and system updates.

• Monitor incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.

• Coordinate with the sales team to plan and execute timely delivery of customer orders.

• Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure product handling as per company standards.

• Track stock movement, identify slow-moving or fast-moving items, and report discrepancies.

• Manage store staff, assign duties, and ensure adherence to company procedures.

• Oversee reordering and replenishment of stock to prevent shortages.

• Maintain proper documentation of inward, outward, and return materials.

• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and delivery partners for dispatch planning.

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance within the store premises.
