Job Title: Cosmetic Store Manager

Location: Erode

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Description:

Manage day-to-day operations of the cosmetic retail store

Drive sales targets and ensure excellent customer experience

Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals

Maintain inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards

Handle customer queries, complaints, and product consultations

Ensure SOP compliance, billing accuracy, and store hygiene

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience as Store Manager/Assistant Manager in cosmetics or retail

Good English communication skills – mandatory

Strong leadership, sales, and customer-handling skills

Knowledge of cosmetic & beauty products preferred
