Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage the team, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong retail management skills, leadership abilities, and experience in the fashion, footwear, apparel, or lifestyle retail segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Target Achievement: Drive store sales, achieve monthly targets, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.

• Store Operations: Manage daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures, billing, cash handling, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.

• Team Management: Lead, train, motivate, and supervise Fashion Consultants and other store staff to ensure productivity and performance.

• Customer Experience: Ensure excellent customer service, handle customer queries and complaints, and maintain high service standards.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock availability, conduct stock audits, minimize shrinkage, and ensure proper inventory control.

• Visual Merchandising: Maintain store presentation and product displays in line with brand guidelines.

• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain daily sales reports, attendance records, store documentation, and adherence to company policies.

• Business Development: Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer retention, and overall store performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate preferred.

• Relevant experience in retail store management, preferably in footwear, apparel, fashion, kidswear, or lifestyle brands.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.

• Good understanding of sales targets, retail KPIs, inventory management, and store operations.

• Customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues professionally.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet business targets.
