Role Overview:
The Store Manager will be the operational leader of the hair wellness spa, responsible for driving sales, ensuring flawless daily operations, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee all daily operations and management of the spa.

· Lead, train, and schedule a team of staff and tricologists.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

· Handle customer relations, feedback, and maintenance of high-profile client accounts.

· Manage inventory, reporting, and overall store presentation.
