We are hiring Store Manager to Join our team Prosperous Brand Pvt ltd (House of Biryan) to handle our cloud kitchen as a Manager

Experienced and detail-oriented Cloud Kitchen Store Manager with strong expertise in kitchen operations, inventory control, online order management, and team supervision. Skilled in handling high-volume food delivery operations through platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, and Uber Eats. Proven ability to maintain food quality standards, optimize kitchen workflow, manage staff schedules, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of cloud kitchen including food preparation, packaging, and dispatch.

Monitor orders from delivery platforms like Zomato and Swiggy.

Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.

Supervise kitchen staff, assign duties, and manage shift schedules.

Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are followed as per Food Safety and Standards Authority of India guidelines.

Track daily sales, expenses, and operational performance.

Handle customer complaints and maintain high service ratings on delivery apps.

Optimize kitchen workflow to reduce order preparation time.
