Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

individuals to lead our team as a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, excellent

organizational skills, and a passion for delivering unparalleled service to our

valued customers. As a key member of our management team, the Store

Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales, maximizing profitability,

and upholding the reputation of our brand.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead by example by providing outstanding customer service and fostering

a culture of excellence among store staff.

2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increase

revenue, and maximize profitability while maintaining high standards of

product quality and customer satisfaction.

3. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates, ensuring they are

equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional

service and drive sales performance.

4. Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork,

accountability, and professional development opportunities for staff

members.

5. Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to

identify opportunities for business growth and optimize product

assortment and pricing strategies.

6. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management,

merchandising, visual presentation, and store maintenance, to ensure

compliance with company policies and standards.7. Implement effective sales techniques and promotional initiatives to drive

traffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance the overall shopping

experience for customers.

8. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms to secure favorable

pricing, product availability, and promotional support.

9. Uphold store security and loss prevention protocols to minimize shrinkage

and safeguard company assets.

10.Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and

concerns promptly and professionally to cultivate long-term loyalty and

repeat business.

Qualifications and Other Details:

1. Salary for a Assistant Store Manager will be between 40000 to 50000 plus

incentives

2. Minimum Educational Qualification should be a Bachelors Degree

3. Proven experience in retail management, with a minimum of 2 years in a

leadership role, preferably in the jewellery industry.

4. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating

high-performing teams.

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

6. Solid understanding of retail operations, including sales forecasting,

inventory control, and financial management.

7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with point-of-sale systems

and inventory management software.

8. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven

decisions to achieve business objectives.

9. Passion for jewellery and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality

and service to customers.

10.Strong business acumen and strategic mindset with a focus on driving

results and continuous improvement.

11. Should be between the age bracket of 30 to 50 years old preferably
