As a Store Manager at Printo, you play a pivotal role as the face of our establishment
Your responsibilities include:
1. Welcoming and engaging with customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of their printing needs.
2. Efficient team management and proactive problem-solving.
3. Upholding high standards of customer service and promptly addressing customer and team concerns.
4. Effective management of cash, payments, and preparation of sales reports
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the retail industry.
2. Previous experience as a Team Lead in a retail business or a clear potential to lead and guide a team effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills to interact with both customers and the team.
4. Good exposure on SOP and KPI.
5. Prior experience in customer-facing roles, either in-person or over the phone.
6. Demonstrated experience in team management.
7. Relevant background in sales and the ability to close orders.
