✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail (Store Manager / Team Lead role)
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Experience in customer-facing and sales roles
• Ability to handle store operations independently

• Be the face of the store by welcoming and assisting customers with their printing needs.
• Lead and manage store staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer/team concerns proactively.
• Handle billing, cash management, and maintain accurate sales reports.
• Drive store performance and ensure targets are achieved.
