Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the jewellery store.
Achieve monthly sales targets and increase store sales.
Lead, train, and manage the sales team.
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
Monitor inventory, billing, and daily store activities.
Maintain store presentation, discipline, and grooming standards.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
