Retail Sales Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations & Management:

  • Manage day-to-day retail store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

  • Oversee store opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and register operations.

  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and security standards throughout the store.

• Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise store staff (sales associates, cashiers, stock team).

  • Assign daily duties, create work schedules, and evaluate team performance.

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.

• Sales & Financial Performance:

  • Drive store sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall profitability.

  • Analyze sales data and inventory reports to implement strategies for boosting sales and customer retention.

  • Manage store operating budgets, control shrinkage/loss, and minimize operational costs.

• Customer Service & Visual Merchandising:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently maintained.

  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalation issues promptly and professionally.

  • Implement visual merchandising standards, window displays, and promotional setups according to company guidelines.

• Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving, and cycle counts.

  • Coordinate with suppliers or distribution centers to maintain stock levels and reduce stock-outs.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
