Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Store Manager to manage the daily operations of our Pet Shop. The candidate will be responsible for Sales, Inventory, Billing, Customer Interaction, and Telephonic Conversations to ensure smooth functioning of the store.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily sales and achieve monthly targets.Handle inventory management - stock checking, ordering, and preventing shortages.Oversee billing operations and ensure accurate cash handling.Assist customers with pet products, accessories, and pet care guidance.Handle customer queries both in-store and over the phone.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.Maintain the store environment - clean, organized, and customer-friendly.Guide and support staff members (if applicable) and monitor their performance.
