We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage our fashion retail store and lead the sales team.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily store operations and staff

• Supervise sales team and ensure sales targets are achieved

• Handle customer relations and resolve queries professionally

• Monitor inventory, stock display, and merchandising

• Manage online sales inquiries and orders (WhatsApp / Instagram)

• Coordinate promotions, offers, and social media marketing

• Ensure smooth store functioning and excellent customer experience

Requirements: • Experience in retail / fashion store management preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good communication and customer handling ability

• Basic knowledge of online sales and social media platforms

• Responsible, organized, and result-oriented personality
