Key Responsibilities
Manage complete Stores, Warehouse & Inventory operations.
Handle Raw Material, WIP, Finished Goods (FG), packing materials and consumables.
Control material inward, GRN, material issue and stock transfers.
Monitor WIP movement from one production process to another and maintain proper traceability.
Maintain FG stock item-wise, size-wise, grade-wise and batch-wise.
Track materials sent to outside processing vendors such as heat treatment, plating, coating, grinding, etc.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Purchase, Quality, Sales and Dispatch for material requirements and movement.
Maintain accurate physical stock vs system stock and conduct regular stock verification.
Handle ERP / Gen Portal entries and generate daily/monthly stock reports.
Monitor slow-moving, excess and shortage stock.
Ensure proper FIFO, 5S, identification, storage and safety in Stores.
Supervise Storekeepers and Helpers and ensure smooth daily operations.
Required Skills
Experience in fasteners / automotive / engineering manufacturing industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of Raw Material, WIP & FG inventory management.
ERP / Gen Portal knowledge preferred.
Good Excel, documentation and reporting skills.
Strong coordination, follow-up and team-management skills.
Ability to manage complete material flow from RM → WIP → FG → Dispatch
