Job Profile: Store Manager – Architecture / Interior Design Showroom
Location: NOIDA SECTOR 140.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our Architecture and Interior Design showroom. The ideal candidate will have a flair for design, excellent customer service skills, and a strong background in managing a design-focused retail environment. The role involves managing staff, driving sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring a premium client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations:
Oversee daily operations of the store including opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and organization.
Manage stock levels, inventory control, and ordering of materials or samples.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Sales & Client Service:
Provide expert consultation to walk-in clients including architects, interior designers, and homeowners.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable design/product solutions.
Achieve sales targets and provide monthly performance reports.
Maintain and grow relationships with premium clientele and design professionals.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
Assign duties and evaluate team performance.
Conduct regular team meetings and briefings on new products/designs.
Design & Visual Merchandising:
Ensure store layout and display is visually appealing and aligned with the brand aesthetic.
Coordinate seasonal refreshes and design installations.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of interior design trends and products.
