Job Profile: Store Manager – Architecture / Interior Design Showroom

Location: NOIDA SECTOR 140.

Reports To: Senior Management / Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our Architecture and Interior Design showroom. The ideal candidate will have a flair for design, excellent customer service skills, and a strong background in managing a design-focused retail environment. The role involves managing staff, driving sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring a premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations:

• Oversee daily operations of the store including opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and organization.

• Manage stock levels, inventory control, and ordering of materials or samples.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Sales & Client Service:

• Provide expert consultation to walk-in clients including architects, interior designers, and homeowners.

• Understand client requirements and offer suitable design/product solutions.

• Achieve sales targets and provide monthly performance reports.

• Maintain and grow relationships with premium clientele and design professionals.

Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.

• Assign duties and evaluate team performance.

• Conduct regular team meetings and briefings on new products/designs.

Design & Visual Merchandising:

• Ensure store layout and display is visually appealing and aligned with the brand aesthetic.

• Coordinate seasonal refreshes and design installations.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of interior design trends and products.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of architecture/interior design materials (e.g., tiles, lights, furniture, fabrics).

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach.
