We Are Looking for 2 Store Managers to join our team Kishor Kumars Sarees Pvt Ltd

Lead the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales goals with energy and focus

- Deliver excellent customer service, handling questions and resolving complaints calmly

- Manage store operations to keep everything running smoothly from opening to close

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse

- Keep the saree displays fresh, appealing, and aligned with brand standards

- Track sales, billing, and prepare daily store reports for management

- Ensure staff follow company policies, maintain discipline, and present themselves professionally

- Coach the team on product knowledge, sales skills, and customer care

- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment for customers

- Support marketing efforts during sales and festive seasons
